Göktepe-Hultén’s research lies at the intersection of university-industry relations\, academic entrepreneurship\, and the strategic use of intellectual property rights. She has a special interest in how policies\, programs\, and relationships between science and industry can be designed to accelerate the productive role of universities in innovation systems both in developed and developing countries.
