SUMMARY:Collab Workshop: Service Design for Better Innovation
DESCRIPTION:Great ideas and innovative technologies do not automatically create impact. The real challenge is understanding which problems people truly want solved – and what makes a solution become a need-to-have rather than a nice-to-have. \nJoin us for an interactive workshop on Service Design\, hosted by Smart Innovation Norway and Jabberwork. \nTogether\, we will explore how customer needs\, motivations\, and experiences influence adoption\, engagement\, and long-term value creation – and how a user-centred approach can help organisations create products and services that achieve greater impact. \nDuring this hands-on workshop\, we will discuss: \n\nWhy customers buy: understanding needs and desires\nWhy customers stop buying: identifying friction in the customer experience\nHow customer-centred services create value and loyalty\nHow service design can strengthen innovation\, adoption\, and impact\n\nThrough interactive exercises and discussion\, participants will gain new perspectives on customer behaviour\, uncover opportunities for innovation\, and learn practical tools for creating products and services that generate stronger engagement and greater real-world impact. \nWho should attend?\nThis workshop is especially relevant for: Innovators and entrepreneurs; Product and service developers; Startup and scaleup teams; Researchers bringing innovations to market; Change leaders and business developers and anyone working with user-driven or customer-centred innovation. \nMeet the facilitators\nThe workshop will be led by Ingrid Sandlund and Alexander Rydberg from Jabberwork\, together with Alma Sandberg from Smart Innovation Norway. \nJabberwork supports startups and scaleups in strengthening their commercial capabilities and bringing innovations to market\, often working with research-based companies navigating the journey from idea to adoption. \nSmart Innovation Norway helps organisations accelerate innovation through digitalisation\, sustainability\, and social innovation\, supporting businesses and public organisations in creating solutions that deliver both business value and societal impact. \nCome prepared to think differently\, challenge assumptions\, and discover how an outside perspective can help you create better solutions and bigger impact. \nWhere? Altitude\, The Loop\, Science Village\, Lund\nWhen? 9 Sep at 08:00–11:00\nHow? Free to attend\, optional breakfast 60 SEK for those not members of Collab Arena (become a member here: https://altitudemeetings.se/community/) \nSign Up >>
