SUMMARY:Collab Workshop: What if it starts with you?
DESCRIPTION:A reflective leadership workshop on change\, perspective and action\nWe live in a time of complex challenges – climate transition\, AI\, talent shortages\, integration\, sustainability. Big questions that can feel overwhelming. \nThis workshop invites you to step back and explore one of them – not to design a utopia\, but to ask a more practical question: \nWhat is my role in this\, and what could I actually influence? \nParticipants will choose one of several societal challenges to work with. The issue itself becomes a vehicle to experience a different way of thinking – one that values multiple perspectives\, shared understanding and thoughtful action. \nThe session is inspired by the Swedish leadership philosophy LOTS® and facilitated by certified Lotscoach® Sebastian Redolfi. The goal is not to teach the method\, but to let you experience what becomes possible when we slow down\, ask better questions\, and explore complexity together. \nDuring the workshop\, you will: \n\nWork hands-on with a real societal challenge you care about\nExperience a structured way to explore complexity without rushing to solutions\nSee how shifting perspectives can unlock new understanding\nIdentify one concrete next step or experiment you can take in your own context\nGain powerful questions you can use in leadership\, strategy and collaboration\nYou will leave with more than inspiration: you will leave with clarity and something practical to test.\n\nWho should join? \n\nLeaders and leadership teams\nEntrepreneurs and solopreneurs\nProfessionals who care about how society and organisations develop\nAnyone curious about change leadership and perspective-based thinking\n\nEvent details\n18 March\, 08:30–11:00\nAltitude\, The Loop\, Lund\nFree of charge. Breakfast will be served and costs 60 sek for those not members of Collab Arena (optional\, paid onsite via Swish).\nMaximum 20 participants. \nSign up! \nAbout the facilitator & the method\nSebastian Redolfi holds a PhD in Physics / Materials Science and began his career in R&D before moving into corporate venture\, leadership development\, and agile coaching. He has facilitated around 40 workshops across strategy\, agile\, leadership\, and team development for corporations\, start-ups\, and interdisciplinary teams. In 2025\, he founded Integrating Perspectives Sweden to help leaders bridge gaps between disciplines and perspectives. His unique approach combines scientific training\, business experience\, and intercultural insight\, informed by years of international work. \nLOTS® is a Swedish leadership philosophy and process\, originally developed for organisational and business development\, with a holistic approach applicable from individual growth to complex societal challenges.
