In her previous roles at an issuing agent and a corporate finance firm\, she has acted as project manager in over a hundred equity offerings and listings. \nHannes Mellberg\, Advokat/Partner\nHannes regularly advises clients on both Swedish and international transactions\, including acquisitions\, investments\, divestments\, mergers\, and joint ventures. Hannes also has extensive experience in advising on capital raisings and initial public offerings.
