Future of work – challenges and opportunities for AI

June 7 @ 16:00 - 17:30

A panel discussion online on AI and its relation with human work. Together we reflect on how AI influences people working in organisations and the skills and competences relevant to the adoption of AI in the workplace.

A panel discussion on Future of work – challenges and opportunities for AI

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has captured the attention of the world. Investors, entrepreneurs, managers, and the public are being confronted with stories between two extremes. One that portrays AI as the “objective” and efficient decision maker that will solve our problems. Another, portraying a future in which AI will make working humans obsolete! Rather than believing in stories, it’s better to prepare for a future in which humans will use AI, and not the other way around. Therefore, we need to revaluate the relevant skills to develop, manage, and collaborate with AI.

The event is open to:

* Entrepreneurs with interest in the field of AI and the future of work

* Managers interested in the challenges of automatization of tasks, competence development, and lifelong learning

* Policy makers interested in AI and workforce transition

* Scholars looking for research needs in the field of AI / Entrepreneurship / Organizational Learning
