Let’s Talk – Working in Management

The “Let’s Talk” Series has been developed by Phil MacRae, CEO and Founder of Blitz Management to provide personalized support and advice for those working in management and leadership roles.
The presentation encourages participants to submit their problems to the floor (ideally before the presentation) and the presentation is then focused on those specific issues for that individual while providing general advice and feedback to the larger group.
Typical questions can be “Why won’t my boss listen to my ideas” – “How do I handle a difficult employee” – “HOw do I give a strong presentation to my stakeholders”.
Many people working in management face these challenges every day and don’t always get the support they need. As a former project manager, and military leader I have over 18 years of experience dealing with these situations and I want to pass this knowledge onto those who need it.
