DESCRIPTION:Meet author and researcher Stephan Schaefer in a talk about his new book. He will be joined by creative wizard David Polfeldt\, creator of games\, books and magic.\nIn his new book ”Organizing Creativity – Context\, Process\, and Practice”\, Stephan Schaefer\, aims to deliver meaningful insights on organising creativity.”Ideas are the lifeblood of organisations. Without ideas\, organisations would not function. With my book I want to put creativity back on the map and discuss in detail the how\, the why and the what of idea generation\, idea evaluation and the management of creativity\,” says Stephan Schaefer\, associate professor in business administration at Lund University School of Economics and Management (LUSEM).On this afternoon on 6 December\, we’ll get more insights on the complex and paradoxical work of organising creativity.
