That is why Stena Fastigheter\, MKB Fastigheter AB and Skanska have started the job hub ”Nästet” – a place for networking\, job searching and personal development. \nWhat challenges – short and long-term – do the initiators behind Nästet see in achieving better matching and higher employment in Fosie specifically\, and in Malmö generally (as unemployment rate in Malmö is around 12%)? \n\nWill Nästet be the beginning of a long-term local presence and job matching?\nWhat other actors need to get on board for it to be successful?\nCan this serve as a role model that can be implemented in other places in the municipality or around Sweden?\n\nJoin us for breakfast and help explore these questions together.
