DESCRIPTION:Climate change\, the COVID pandemic\, and war in Europe all slowed global supply chains\, resulting in worldwide food shortages. Crop production is hampered by high energy prices\, inflation\, and unpredictable weather. Therefore\, finding innovative and long-term solutions to ensure food security for all is more than necessary! What to eat in times of crisis? How can the food industry help to reduce global hunger?
