Skåne Ventures raised 33.6 million SEK in investment capital in the first closing! This capital will benefit startups over the next two and a half years.
Skåne Ventures, formed by the top-ranked incubators in Skåne—Minc, Ideon Science Park, HETCH AB, and Krinova Incubator & Science Park, is a new investment structure that will support early-stage startups in Skåne. The venture will become one of Sweden’s largest investment structures for early-stage startups.
Half of Skåne Ventures’ investment capital comes from more than 70 of the most prominent private investors, primarily business angels, in the region.
The state venture capital company Saminvest AB has entered as an anchor investor with a corresponding amount. Through combined resources and expertise, the incubators will identify promising startups and reach more investors interested in supporting and investing in new companies, thereby contributing to growth and innovation.

The purpose of Skåne Ventures is to create more growth companies in the region and generate financial returns for investors.
