Want to Help Businesses Grow – and Grow Yourself Along the Way?

September 17, 2026

If you’re curious about tech, digitalization, AI, and cybersecurity, and you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and turning ideas into things that actually happen – this could be the job for you.

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator and Business Developer in Digitalization and Cybersecurity who wants to work closely with businesses and help us create tangible value through projects, activities, and collaborations.

Digitalization, AI, and cybersecurity are rapidly changing the way businesses work, grow, and compete.

At Ideon Science Park, we run several initiatives that help businesses understand the opportunities, develop their operations, and take the next step. Our initiatives in this area are currently expanding – and so is our team.

At Ideon, you’ll have the opportunity to work at the intersection of business, emerging technologies, academia, and innovation ecosystems. You’ll get to know a wide range of organizations, build an extensive network, and develop both your business acumen and your knowledge of some of the fields shaping the future of business.

We’re looking for someone who likes to make things happen. Someone who enjoys making connections, engaging people, and taking an idea all the way to a great activity, a new collaboration, or tangible value for a business.

What will you do?

You’ll be part of several of Ideon Science Park’s projects and initiatives in digitalization, AI, and cybersecurity. You’ll work closely with our project managers and other colleagues at Ideon, but above all, you’ll be in contact with businesses, municipalities, academia, innovation organizations, clusters, and other partners.

A big part of your role will be delivering on and implementing projects. You’ll be an important link between the ambitions of our projects and the people and businesses we’re here to support.

You will, among other things:

  • Identify and engage businesses in our activities and offerings
  • Build relationships and networks with businesses and partners
  • Plan and organize workshops, training sessions, networking events, and other activities
  • Listen to businesses’ needs and help develop new offerings and initiatives
  • Contribute to long-term networks and collaborations in cybersecurity and digital transformation
  • Capture and document results, lessons learned, and best practices
  • Contribute to materials for follow-up, communication, and reporting

Who are you?

You don’t need to know everything from day one. For us, it’s just as important that you’re curious, driven, and eager to grow.

You enjoy working with people and have a natural ability to build connections and trust. At the same time, you’re a doer. You’re not satisfied with a good idea – you want to make sure it becomes reality.

We think you:

  • Enjoy building relationships and making new connections
  • Take initiative and drive things forward
  • Are organized and good at getting things across the finish line
  • Have experience in projects, business development, or other environments where multiple stakeholders work together
  • Communicate in a way that creates engagement
  • Thrive in an environment with lots of people, perspectives, and ideas

Experience in areas such as business development, innovation support, science parks, cluster organizations, regional development, or project-based work is relevant. But your potential, curiosity, and willingness to learn are just as important to us.

And no, you don’t need to be a cybersecurity expert.

What we’re looking for is a genuine interest in tech, digitalization, and business development, along with curiosity about how emerging technologies can create new opportunities for businesses. Knowledge or experience in IT, digital technologies, or related fields is a plus.

Since you’ll be in regular contact with businesses and partners in Sweden and internationally, you need to be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.

What do we offer?

Above all, you’ll join an environment where a lot is happening – and where you’ll have plenty of opportunities to grow.

Ideon Science Park is Sweden’s first science park and one of Skåne’s leading environments for tech and deep tech. Around 400 companies and 11,000 people work here every day, developing new ideas, technologies, and solutions.

Since 1983, Ideon has been a place where research, innovation, entrepreneurship, and business come together. As part of our team, you’ll gain access to a large network of entrepreneurs, businesses, researchers, innovation organizations, and other people who want to create change.

We’re a committed team that believes in collaboration, curiosity, knowledge sharing, and the courage to try new things. Here, you’ll have both responsibility and the freedom to contribute your own ideas.

Location: Ideon Science Park, Lund
