We are looking for a driven and engaged project manager who wants to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) strengthen their cybersecurity and reduce digital risks. At Ideon Science Park, you’ll be part of an initiative and a team where you will work closely with businesses, public actors, and academia—all to create a safer digital ecosystem in Skåne.
What you will do:
- Assist companies with guidance, training, and practical tools within cybersecurity
- Analyze challenges and needs in the industry and tech sector
- Plan and execute workshops, seminars, and information initiatives
- Build collaborations with companies, authorities, and researchers
- Develop long-term cybersecurity strategies in collaboration with organizations like IUC Syd and Region Skåne.
Who we believe you are:
- Experienced in IT security, cybersecurity, or digital risk management
- Comfortable communicating technical matters in a simple and clear way
- Experienced in managing projects and thrive in a collaborative role
- Proactive, structured, and independent
- Background in industry, consulting, or public sector? A big plus!
- Fluent in both English and Swedish, spoken and written
