One of Ideon Science Park’s innovative deep tech companies, Mikrodust AB, has taken an important step onto the international defence stage. The company has signed a significant initial partnership agreement with one of Europe’s leading defence industry players. The deal, valued at around SEK 6 million, includes delivery of advanced test systems and services to strengthen the customer’s production testing capabilities for high-tech electronic components.
Mikrodust will provide both hardware and software, based on its proprietary AtoMik® test platform – a highly automated system designed for customized production testing, including integrated Functional Circuit Test (FCT) solutions. Deliveries are set to begin in Q3 2025.
“We are proud to enter into a long-term partnership with such an established player,” says Jonas Wackerfeldt, CEO of Mikrodust AB. “Their high demands for precision, reliability, and scalability align perfectly with our expertise. Together, we’re building a future-proof solution – not only for today’s needs, but for tomorrow’s challenges as well.”
