Ida Nordehammar, Associate / Affärsutvecklingsansvarig
Ida is responsible for business development at the firm and is also part of the transaction team, where she assists clients with various types of transactions such as listings, rights issues, and private placements. In her previous roles at an issuing agent and a corporate finance firm, she has acted as project manager in over a hundred equity offerings and listings.

Hannes Mellberg, Advokat/Partner
Hannes regularly advises clients on both Swedish and international transactions, including acquisitions, investments, divestments, mergers, and joint ventures. Hannes also has extensive experience in advising on capital raisings and initial public offerings. He provides ongoing support to both listed and private companies on corporate and strategic matters, as well as in connection with general meetings and incentive programs.
