We are delighted to announce the addition of Cece Geijer af Ekström to our team as the Head of Marketing & Communications for Ideon Science Park.
Cece Geijer af Ekström brings a wealth of experience in marketing and communications, having collaborated with companies and organizations across various sectors, both in Sweden and internationally.
Prior to joining the Ideon Science Park team, Cece served as the Director of Communications at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute for Human Rights and Humanitarian Law. The institute focuses on promoting human rights worldwide, with an emphasis on business human rights and human rights in relation to climate change.
Among other things, I hope to bring a human rights and democracy perspective, says Cece. I am enthusiastic about contributing to the development of the Science Park, particularly in terms of branding. Ideon is an incredibly inspiring environment where creativity and entrepreneurship thrive.
Cece’s appointment represents a significant step towards the growth and establishment of Ideon Science Park as a new organization.
With this merger and team addition, we are reinforcing our strategic focus on technology and deep tech, aligning our activities with Lund University’s robust research areas, states Anders G Nilsson, CEO. Currently, we are in the process of further developing our operations and expanding our offerings.
In 2023, Ideon is celebrating 40 years of success by reflecting on what has been achieved since the inauguration of Sweden’s first Science Park. Moving forward, we are focusing on accomplishing some of the exciting activities that we have planned in collaboration with our key stakeholders.
