We are looking for a Junior Business Developer for our incubation programs at Ideon Science Park.

As a business developer, you will guide entrepreneurs and startups approaching us with innovative ideas, providing them with tailored business development support. Your task will be to help both teams and individuals identify their strengths and development opportunities. You will inspire and instill courage, while also being able to ask relevant questions and provide feedback that leads to concrete actions, discoveries, and development.
In addition to this, you will have program responsibility for both national and international programs (ESA BIC).

It is desirable, but not mandatory, that you also have:
- Experience and education in coaching
- Experience in leading development processes
- International experience
- The position is full-time and permanent with an initial probationary period and is located in Lund
