We are proud to have Region Skåne as a founding and strategic partner in the Amyna defense and dual-use innovation platform.
Through its Regional Development Committee, Region Skåne provides both strategic and financial support to the defense innovation platform, including funding for the project “Civil-Military Synergies in Technology and Business Development.”
The initiative aims to strengthen collaboration between startups, SMEs, and established defense companies while accelerating the development of dual-use technologies, innovations with both civilian and military applications.
Region Skåne is helping build a stronger innovation ecosystem in southern Sweden, supporting companies as they navigate defense markets, collaborate with larger industry actors, and scale technologies that contribute to both competitiveness and resilience.

About Amyna
Amyna is a defence innovation platform within Ideon Science Park in Lund, focused on dual-use innovation, security and defence-related entrepreneurship, and international collaboration. The platform has established partnerships with organisations including Saab and the Defense Innovation Network Finland. It is partly funded by Region Skåne.
