Collab Workshop: What if it starts with you?
A reflective leadership workshop on change, perspective and action We live in a time of complex challenges – climate transition, AI, talent shortages, integration, sustainability. Big questions that can feel overwhelming. This workshop invites you to step back and explore one of them – not to design a utopia, but to ask a more practical question: What is my role in this, and what could I actually influence? Participants will choose one of several societal challenges to work with. The issue itself becomes a vehicle to experience a different way of thinking – one that values multiple perspectives, shared understanding and thoughtful action. The session is inspired by the Swedish leadership philosophy LOTS® and facilitated by certified Lotscoach® Sebastian Redolfi. The goal is not to teach the method, but to let you experience what becomes possible when we slow down, ask better questions, and explore complexity together.
