When AI Starts Doing the Work – From Second Brains to AI Control Rooms

Join us for a Tech Breakfast with Dennis Westerberg and discover how AI is moving from answering questions to planning, acting and completing entire workflows.

During the session, Dennis will briefly demonstrate this shift using tools such as Claude Cowork and ChatGPT Work, and explore how organisations can create a “Second Brain” that connects knowledge, documents, data, and work processes. As AI agents become more common, organisations also face new challenges around control, costs, responsibility, and accountability. Dennis will introduce the concept of the AI Control Room and share how it can help organisations keep track of their AI agents, mandates, costs, and responsibilities.

Dennis Westerberg is an AI expert, entrepreneur, and keynote speaker with more than 30 years of experience in education, communication, and organisational development. He is the founder of Aistrateg Malmö AB, where he helps companies, municipalities, and organisations turn AI from isolated tools into practical solutions that support knowledge, decision-making, and complete workflows. He is also a founder of Sealed Technologies, which develops solutions for control, accountability, and traceability in agentic AI.
