This seminar, Inclusive Talent Management, is designed for SMEs within Tech, Deep Tech or Life Science that have or been thinking of recruiting internationals to their organisation. If that’s you, then welcome to this seminar.
We will look at the factors that are important in attracting and retaining international expertise such as how language and culture play a part in onboarding and integrating various cultures. We will be touching on the value of international expertise from a cultural perspective and how integration can be made smoother.
