Isaac Mintz, together with his colleague Veronica Fransson from MSB’s National Cyber Security Coordination Centre (NCC-SE), recently joined Sweden Secure Tech Hub to present a new national funding call focused on cybersecurity. The initiative targets small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that want to strengthen continuity management and change management within digital supply chains.
The need for this funding call stems from MSB’s national reports, which highlight real-life incidents and reveal clear deficiencies in systematic cybersecurity work across Swedish organisations.
Who can apply?
- Viable SMEs (not micro-enterprises), registered with Bolagsverket
- Not controlled by owners outside the EU
- Must stay within the EU’s De minimis aid limit (€300,000 over three years)
Funding details
- Max project budget: SEK 2 million
- MSB covers 50% of project costs
- Projects must finish by 26 February 2026 (no extensions)

- Tools for safer, smarter change management in supply chains
- Solutions for continuity planning, testing, and resilience
- Innovations in automation, risk assessment, and supplier security
Application support
Applicants can receive free advisory services and support with the application process from MSB/NCC-SE. In addition, Science Parks involved in the Sweden Secure Tech Hub (SSTH) project offer similar support, including help with innovation work.
The call opened for applications on 17 June 2025 via MSB’s e-service portal, and the deadline for submission is 1 September 2025.
