Today, Rapidus, the local business news online magazine, presented the 34 startups with founders or co founders under the age of 34. Eleven of the companies are startups or alumni startups from Ideon Science Park. This evening, they will be celebrating at Rapidus’ and PwCs yearly event. We proudly present:
Kravi Analytics: AI Ocean Intelligence Protecting Global Waters
Five mathematicians from Lund University, Hassan Mohamed Hassan (29), Theo Koppenhöfer (25), Zhankun Chen (27), Erik Rydengård (27) and Maggie Trân, joined forces to tackle one of the world’s most overlooked challenges: what’s happening beneath the surface of our oceans.
With AI and satellite data, Kravi Analytics detects illegal fishing and threats to undersea cables. Their technology has already taken them far — earlier this spring, Hassan Mohamed Hassan traveled to Nigeria for negotiations, supported by Crown Princess Victoria.
The company now hopes to secure its first major contract with the Kenyan government.
Donya Tech: Wearable Tech Supporting Expectant Mothers
For many expecting mothers, fetal movements are a source of constant worry — what is normal, what is not, and when should one seek care?
During her own pregnancy, Sahar Söderholm (34) felt this anxiety firsthand. Her experience became the spark that founded Donya Tech.
The company is developing a wearable sensor that measures fetal movement, providing reassurance to mothers and enabling healthcare professionals to make informed, timely decisions.
A large pilot study is now underway, and Donya Tech is raising funds, intending to launch in late 2026.
Zerotude: AI-Powered Energy Efficiency for Real Estate
Lund-based Zerotude, founded by Maximilian Deiters (33) and Ricardo Bernardo, is helping property owners meet growing EU requirements for energy efficiency.
In October 2025, the team launched an AI-driven platform that automates energy analysis and visualizes renovation needs in a digital 3D model.
Zerotude is already working with major players like Balder, LKF and MKB, and is currently in discussions with 17 of Sweden’s 50 largest real estate companies.
Flights for Biodiversity (DNA Flights) – Autonomous DNA Sampling for Environmental Insight
Founded by research engineer Jose Beltran and Ana Sofia Beltran (20) — who now leads the company as CEO — Flights for Biodiversity is redefining how environmental data is collected.
Their autonomous system simplifies DNA sampling in the field and can be paired with drones to reach remote locations.
The team is now developing a secure data platform that enables researchers and companies to share and trade verified environmental data.
A proud member of the Ideon incubator, the company is supported by LU Innovation and is preparing for one or more pilot projects.
FixedIT Consulting: Smarter Surveillance for Smarter Ecosystems
Founder Daniel Falk (32) saw unrealized potential in Axis’s smart network cameras. With the right software, he realized, these cameras could do far more than traditional surveillance.
FixedIT enables customers to transform their existing cameras into powerful tools for wildlife monitoring, environmental data collection, and early wildfire detection.
Instead of deploying thousands of sensors, a single strategically placed camera can provide rich visual data — with AI filtering out the noise.
Trackpaw Scientific: IoT for Better Preclinical Animal Welfare
Ideon-based Trackpaw Scientific, founded by Liza Tchapanova (28) and Erik Månsson (30), is building an IoT solution to continuously monitor the welfare of laboratory animals — improving preclinical research at its foundation.
This summer, the company closed an oversubscribed 25 million SEK round, with major investments from Industrifonden and FSG.
The funding gives them a full year to move from prototype to serial production.
Simactis Spatial Intelligence: Satellite-Based Urban Simulation and Planning
Part of the ESA BIC incubator program at Ideon, Simactis was founded by Harald Nilsson (33), Joel Hallberg (34) and Hugo Nilsson.
Their platform uses AI and satellite imagery to offer faster, more affordable urban and traffic planning — a fresh alternative to traditional consulting-heavy approaches.
Simactis is now evolving into a broader simulation platform and SaaS tool.
“We can simulate mobility and activity — kind of like SimCity, but in real life,”
says Harald Nilsson.

Solstice: Next-Generation Energy Storage at a Fraction of the Cost
When Malin Eriksson (29), Martin Arvidsson (30), and Hampus Hammarbäck (30) founded Solstice in 2023, they set out to tackle one of the biggest challenges in the energy transition: storage.
Their solution promises to cut energy storage costs by nearly 90%.
After graduating from the Ideon incubator earlier this year, Solstice was accepted into Denmark’s Innofounder program, enabling the team to now go full-time.
“We’ll keep one foot in Lund and one in Copenhagen,” said Malin in an interview with Rapidus.
Navion: Affordable AI-Driven Digital Twins for Property Management
Creating digital twins has traditionally been complex and costly — but Hugo Lindfors (25) believed it could be done differently.
His company Navion, uses AI to automatically build a digital twin based on drawings, documents, and open databases.
The result: a faster, more scalable, and more affordable process.
Navion joined Ideon’s Build program this summer.
Lindfors remains the sole owner, funding the company with personal investment, Almi, Leapfrogs, and an options investment from MAU Holding.
Inceptron: Efficient AI Networks Through Automated Optimization
Founded in 2022 by Lucas Ferreira (32) and Steffen Malkowsky, Inceptron has created a groundbreaking solution that automatically configures AI networks to reduce cost and energy consumption.
In 2023, they raised €2 million in a round led by 42CAP and Dreamcraft, with tech leader Charlotta Falvin joining their advisory board.
Today, the company has grown into a team of 20+ in Lund. Lucas Ferreira was also named Newcomer of the Year in Region South 2024.
Agrodit: Precision Irrigation Tech Transforming Golf Course Management
With backgrounds at CERN and ESS, Maria Martinez (33) and Fernando Carrasco (33) founded Agrodit to improve agricultural irrigation.
But the market that immediately understood their value was an unexpected one: golf courses.
Today, Agrodit is installing sensors across more than 100 golf courses in Sweden and Spain.
Clubs like Bokskogens GK and Österlens GK already have the technology in the ground.
