Breakfast with Insights – Honoring Women in Tech (2 of 3)
Join us for a Tech Breakfast with Ishwariya Rajamohan, coach and speaker supporting women with building the confidence to take their careers to the next level.
When we talk about our level of confidence as women, we often describe it in terms of a deficit: something that we have to gain, build or improve upon, especially when going for a promotion, pitching to a client, or having difficult conversations with colleagues, stakeholders and project partners. What if we looked at confidence differently?
In this session, Ishwariya will help you explore:
- How a lack of confidence is simply a temporary disconnect from your personal power.
- What occurs when you encounter a challenge with confidence and what you can do to overcome it.
- How leaders can support their team members through imposter syndrome.
About Ishwariya Rajamohan FRSA:
