Science After Work at Medicon Village

They say it’s summer – we say it’s time for this year’s first outdoor Science After Work (SAW), Medicon Village’s concept for really relaxed networking and social energy build-up, with food, friends, and great ambiance in Bar Inspira, and on the terrace when the sun is shining, allowing for a tasty BBQ. Like now. This time, featuring an interview with Steve Smith, Managing Partner at our Supporting Partner Potter Clarkson. During a career spanning over 25 years, Steve has advised many of the most innovative and successful life science firms in Lund, including Alligator Bioscience, Cantargia, BioInvent, and Probi. At this informal Q&A, Steve will share his experiences and make practical suggestions as to how you can make the best use of the increasingly complex world of IP to maximize the value of your business. This SAW on 23 May starts at 4 pm and ends after a couple of hours. The interview is from 4:45 to 5 pm. BBQ (if sunny) and bar with snacks & beer/wine (with or without alcohol). No registration needed – just show up with your friends and colleagues (both Medicon Village members and friends in the neighborhood are welcome). We’ve had around 150 guests on average at our previous SAWs and really hope you have the opportunity to be part of this unique gathering to meet and network with your local science community!
