Ideonfonden
Ideonfonden AB was established in 2006 by 555 founders who shared a common interest in strengthening the financing of young technology-based companies in the Öresund region. Along the way, the shareholders had the opportunity to meet and support many exciting companies.
At Ideonfonden AB’s Annual General Meeting in May 2019, it was decided that the company would enter voluntary liquidation. The Swedish Companies Registration Office resolved on the liquidation and appointed a liquidator on 1 August 2019.
The Annual General Meeting to approve the 2020 Annual Report and the Final Liquidation Statement and distribution was held on 29 June 2021. The distribution was made during the second half of 2021.

Final distribution of SEK 1,010
A final distribution of SEK 1,010 will be made in September 2026 to the shareholders who received the first payment.
The first distribution to shareholders who had submitted the required documentation was made during the second half of 2021, amounting to SEK 8,214 per shareholder. Some shareholders did not respond, leaving a small amount remaining. In consultation with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, it was decided to wait five years and then make a final distribution to the shareholders who had received the first payment. No additional share certificates will be registered. The existing payment details from 2021 will be used.

IDEONFONDEN AB – Likviderat
Final utskiftning av 1010 kr.
En final utskiftning om 1010 kr kommer, under september 2026, göras till de aktieägare som fått den första utbetalningen.
Första utskiftning till aktieägare som inkommit med underlag skedde under andra halvan av 2021 med 8214 kr per aktieägare. Vissa ägare återkom inte och ett mindre belopp kvarstod därmed. Det beslöts i samråd med Bolagsverket att avvakta 5 år och därefter göra en final utskiftning till de ägare som fått första delen. Inga tillkommande aktiebrev kommer registreras. Befintliga utbetalningsuppgifter från 2021 kommer användas.
