Collab Workshop: Service Design for Better Innovation

Collab Workshop: Service Design for Better Innovation

Great ideas and innovative technologies do not automatically create impact. The real challenge is understanding which problems people truly want solved – and what makes a solution become a need-to-have rather than a nice-to-have.

Join us for an interactive workshop on Service Design, hosted by Smart Innovation Norway and Jabberwork.

Together, we will explore how customer needs, motivations, and experiences influence adoption, engagement, and long-term value creation – and how a user-centred approach can help organisations create products and services that achieve greater impact.

During this hands-on workshop, we will discuss:

  • Why customers buy: understanding needs and desires
  • Why customers stop buying: identifying friction in the customer experience
  • How customer-centred services create value and loyalty
  • How service design can strengthen innovation, adoption, and impact

Through interactive exercises and discussion, participants will gain new perspectives on customer behaviour, uncover opportunities for innovation, and learn practical tools for creating products and services that generate stronger engagement and greater real-world impact.

This workshop is especially relevant for: Innovators and entrepreneurs; Product and service developers; Startup and scaleup teams; Researchers bringing innovations to market; Change leaders and business developers and anyone working with user-driven or customer-centred innovation.
